Paralegal Holly Parys joined Schroeder, Blankemeyer and Clinton in 2019. Although a relatively recent addition to the team, Holly has several years of law firm experience in our firm’s practice areas. With this depth of experience, Holly has swiftly become an essential member of the staff. Her primary focus is assisting the firm’s attorneys in the areas of real estate and estate planning.
Holly spends a significant amount of time working with lenders, borrowers, and purchasers in real estate transactions. Because of her extensive background in all of the firm’s practice areas, she is able to lend a hand whenever and wherever needed.
Although much of Holly’s work involves preparation of documents, for which her attention to detail is well suited, she gets the greatest satisfaction out of working with people. Clients of the firm may speak with Holly on the phone or get to meet her during an intake or signing appointment. Holly’s dedication to her work, and her ability to manage estate planning and real estate tasks that don’t require an attorney’s training, allow the firm to offer clients excellent service while keeping their costs reasonable.
Holly earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies from Ball State University, and spent two years working for law firms in Indiana before relocating to Ohio and continuing her work as a paralegal. When not at work, Holly enjoys spending time boating, reading, or relaxing with her husband and children.
